Air Tickets

If the ticket is refundable, the refund will be processed within 30 to 45 working days, but this period may be extended in case of delays by the airline.
Non-refundable tickets will not qualify for any refund under any circumstances.

Visa Services

All visa fees are strictly non-refundable, even in the event of a visa rejection.
Service charges for visa processing are also non-refundable.

Travel Insurance

All travel insurance policies are non-refundable, regardless of visa approval or rejection.

Umrah Packages

Refunds for Umrah packages depend on the specific terms and conditions of the selected package.
However, air tickets and visa fees included in Umrah packages are always non-refundable.
Any service fees charged for Umrah arrangements are also non-refundable.
